Booking guidance -
- OUR LASER/IPL IS ON THE 1ST FLOOR, ONLY ACCESSIBLE VIA THE STAIRS.
- MAIDSTONE MASSAGE CENTRE IS LOCATED ABOVE THE ELECTROLYSIS & LASER CLINIC. THE ROOMS ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE VIA THE STAIRCASE.

-Electrolysis & Laser Clinic online bookings are ONLY available for CONSULTATIONS. Existing clinic client? We apologise, but we are unable to take online bookings for Laser, IPL, Electrolysis or Specialised Skincare treatments.
- If you have a medical condition, are under medical care or investigation, on medications, or are using topical creams/retinols/steroids or recently has botox/fillers or any other advanced or aesthetic treatment, it is advisable to contact us prior to booking as we may not be able to treat you and you will still be charged.
You must be 18yrs or over for treatment in our clinic, ID will be required during your consultation.
- For hair removal treatments- It is necessary to leave some hair growth for your patch test, about 2mm is best.
- If you are booking in for a laser/IPL consultation and you have a tan, fake or real, we will not be able to treat you and you will still be charged.
If you are unsure whether you require laser hair removal or electrolysis, please contact us and we can advise you before you book.
To book your clinic consultation or massage online we require a £20 non-refundable booking fee. This fee is to reserve your space and is redeemable against your massage or consultation, once you have attended. No-show or cancellations within 48hrs of the booking will automatically lose the booking fee. We can not be held responsible for the results of a consultation. and it may be that for safety reasons you will not be able to have the treatment you wish. If you are taking any medication, have any medical conditions, or have had any other recent aesthetic treatments, please call us to discuss your suitability for treatment prior to booking.
